Welcome to the City of Hagerstown, Maryland's online Bid/Quote Sytstem.

If you are a vendor interested in bidding on Requests For Proposals, you will first need to create an account.

Once you have created an account and provided all required information, you will be able to view a list of Requests For Proposals that are active for the City.

You will then be able to download RFP documents including:

  • Planholder
  • Pre-bid Meeting Min.
  • Addenda
  • Bid Tab

You must be a registered plan holder to bid Department of Engineering and Code Administration projects. Please contact that department at 301-739-8577 Ext 125 or Ext 124 to acquire a complete package of contract bid documents, including applicable addendum.
